A place for the work before a post goes live.
Nuntio helps small businesses prepare social posts ahead of time. Bring your own words and media, review the details with your team and choose when each version should publish.
One update. A decision for each channel.
An opening-hours update might need a different caption or image for each destination. Nuntio keeps those versions with the draft, so the team can check the actual content before scheduling it.
The product site currently presents Facebook Pages, eligible Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn and X. Available formats and publishing access depend on the destination and its permissions.
- Prepare one update
Example: Saturday opening moves from 9 to 10. Prepare the Facebook Page text and Instagram caption with the new time.
- Check both versions
Ask a teammate to confirm the time and the image chosen for each destination.
- Approve, then schedule
Record approval for each saved version, then choose when each publication should go out.
- Check each outcome
Inspect each destination’s delivery result. Investigate held or failed work before assuming the update is live.
Illustrative example. You supply the words and images; saving or approving a draft does not publish it.
From a shared draft to a checked delivery.
Keep preparation, review and scheduling together, with a separate outcome for each destination.
- Prepare your own content
- Write drafts and attach the photos or videos you want to share. Adapt the caption or media for each channel while keeping the update together.
- Review the saved version
- Invite teammates to leave feedback, request changes or approve a version for a particular channel. Approval records a decision; scheduling is a separate step.
- Choose a publishing time
- Schedule each destination in your workspace. Check the saved date, time and channel before the update is due.
- Check what happened
- Inspect publishing outcomes and delivery problems in the same workspace. A scheduled post is not confirmation that it has been published.
