Ethos Link started because we kept seeing the same problem: business owners drowning in tools that promised everything and delivered complexity.

We started by helping local venues respond to more reviews. But the real challenge wasn't gathering feedback—it was turning that feedback into next steps a busy team could actually handle. That's what led us to build Reviato, and later Profix for retail. Every feature we ship has to pass one test: does it save more time than it takes to learn?
