House of Josty in Frederiksberg is looking for a General Manager to lead our hospitality venue across café, boutique hotel and events.

What you will do
- Oversee the day-to-day operation
- Lead and develop the team
- Coordinate events
- Manage staffing and budgets
- Make sure every guest has a warm and memorable experience

What we are looking for
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants or events
- A confident and supportive team leader
- Organised, adaptable and calm when things get busy
- Strong commercial understanding
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved

This is not a traditional 9 to 5 management role. It suits someone who enjoys variety and takes ownership, and who agrees that "that's not my job" has no place in hospitality.
