About us
The Chop Shop is a classic steakhouse with a modern touch: prime steaks, both dry-aged and not, premium chops and fresh seafood, served in a lively room with warm wood, leather seating and crystal chandeliers. It is the newest restaurant from Empire Hospitality Group, and our owners, Steve and Angelo, built it on the hospitality they learned growing up in Brooklyn: every guest is welcomed like family.
Hours
We are open Monday to Thursday 4pm to 10:30pm, Friday and Saturday 4pm to 11:30pm, and Sunday 3pm to 9pm.
