About the kitchen
Our menu is built on the traditions of a classic steakhouse: prime steaks, both dry-aged and not, premium chops, fresh seafood and more. The recipes blend timeless dishes with a thoughtful touch of innovation. The Chop Shop is the newest restaurant from Empire Hospitality Group, run by owners Steve and Angelo.
Hours
We are open Monday to Thursday 4pm to 10:30pm, Friday and Saturday 4pm to 11:30pm, and Sunday 3pm to 9pm.
