What you will do
- Cold call US small business owners.
- Explain Reviato clearly and quickly.
- Qualify whether the business has a review/reputation problem.
- Handle common objections such as "send me information", "we already have Google reviews", "I am busy" and "we do not need this".
- Book demos or close small accounts over the phone.
- Follow up consistently by phone and email.
- Track all activity in the CRM.
- Share objections, customer language and market feedback with the founder.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience with outbound sales, appointment setting, closing, BPO sales, telesales, SaaS sales or local business sales.
- Ability to work with overlap during US Eastern business hours.
- A publicly accessible voice intro link and mock cold-call sample.
- Discipline to log every lead, call and follow-up in the CRM.

Compensation
This is a part-time freelance role with a small USD monthly retainer plus commission.
Commission is paid on collected net revenue from customers you source and help close, after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, discounts and payment processing costs.
Exact commission terms will be agreed before starting. The structure is designed to reward closed, paying customers rather than vanity activity.
This is not a traditional salaried sales role. It is best suited for someone entrepreneurial who wants flexible part-time work, direct founder access and commission upside from helping an early SaaS product grow in the US SMB market.
